Does your project require special inspection of firestop? If it does, how do you evaluate the person to be sure they are capable and qualified?

If you really want to know the answer to that, you need to read through ASTM E2174 and STM E2393 and for good measure you can include ASTM E3038 if you want, then you have to see how that fits into the building code and if you want another “for good measure” you can read the ICC Special Inspection Manual.
