Fireblock Foam???

What do you think of this yellow foam? 

What if it were orange?  Would you like it better if it were orange? 

Would like allow it to be used in a fire rated wall?  You probably know the foam can’t be used in a rated wall or floor, but what about the stuff that is labeled as a fire block? 

Tomorrow I will show you an example, for now I want to know what you think and why.
