If you are an architect, you likely take your fiduciary duty to your client seriously. In this video we talk about the four main responsibilities of the architect of record or you may call it the registered design professional, either way the fiduciary duty remains. 

The most overlooked element is the last one on the list discussed in this video. 

This has been a requirement for 10 years now, so if you are not doing this, you have a liability for your firm and for your clients.
