“NO ONE gets this right” the architect told me 

I have had the same conversation with architects and with building officials. 

I was explaining different things related to membrane penetrations. 

We were talking electrical outlets, plumbing boxes and other membrane pens and it was the same discussion ~ NO ONE was getting this right! 

That is ME saying that, that is the architect saying “No One is Doing this!” 

But yet it’s still in the code! 

The truth is, I can understand why no one is doing this… 

things are super confusing 

they change regularly 

you have to reference three different documents to get the right answers 

It’s no surprise people don’t get it. 

But after this class, you will get it…Oh baby will you have a NEW understanding of this!
